Now in it’s third year, the Phoenix Business and Innovation Centre welcomes its new tenants on board. The Phoenix Centre serves as a springboard for new and emerging businesses under 12months old. Here they can benefit from business support and guidance, reduced and subsidised rent and access to university facilities such as research, internships and work placements.

Agathon Productions is pleased to announce that it will be supporting Creative York in delivering the forthcoming annual industry symposium, taking place on the 27th October 2010.
The one day conference, supported also by IT & Digital York, brings together influential business leaders and policy makers with creative and digital practitioners in an informal, yet informed, environment. The core theme for this year is: ‘The Next Dimension’, exploring how the technological evolution is effecting global change and revolutionising our lives.
Agathon will be recording the whole event and producing a series of short films encapsulating the key issues and themes of the day. We will also be livestreaming the whole event, providing access to the key presentations and debates to anyone with an internet connection.

We are currently housing some exceptionally talented creative and digital young businesses, with a diverse and complimentary range of skills and services, and we hope to create an environment where these businesses can grow and develop quickly and robustly, through collaboration, support and championing.
